Drafting Newspaper Advertisement

Gemma was in charge of the Newspaper Advertisement and so she drafted on paper, what she wanted the advert to look like. Here is a picture of her draft:

 

She then showed us her design, and myself and Taylor liked her ideas. We then decided that our Newspaper Advertisement will appear in teenage and music magazine, as they are popular among our target audience.

Codes and Conventions of Newspaper Advertisements

In the lesson today we analysed newspaper advertisements for television programmes, and established the codes and conventions of the genre.

Recording and Editing Radio Trailer

Today, Taylor recorded the voiceover and started editing the Radio Trailer. Over the course of the few lessons, she took screengrabs to show the process.

Scripting Radio Trailer

Today, we began to write the script for the Radio Trailer. We also made decisions about what radio stations the radio trailer will be broadcasted on and when it will be scheduled for broadcast.
